Several workplaces already have a uniform picked
out, which makes it easier for workers on deciding what to wear. Having a
uniform doesn’t mean that one doesn’t have to do anything to the way they dress
and wear their uniform. A clean uniform should be worn everyday; you yourself
should look fresh and clean as well.

I agree with everything you have said however, I would like to add that I feel management should be responsible to spot check their employees. Many times I have gone into a location where uniforms are worn but the employees' uniform is dirty or ripped. Management should ensure uniforms are in acceptable condition.
